New Steine Hotel

Nestled in one of a row of buildings at New Steine square, the Hotel is adorned with beautiful red blossoms and red exterior lighting playing testament to the posh French Bistro within. The Resort is small but cosy, warm and inviting. A five minute walk from the Pier and the eye that is Brighton and a brief stroll to main shopping center and the Laines, the New Steine is an perfect spot to stay if you are looking to stay somewhere essential without costing too much.

Our room was on the first floor; pleasant although easy, it introduced. Modern décor, A bed and a modern shower area offer the facilities after a day of exploring the sights and seafront. There was no mini bar in our room however you can order room service if you get peckish. So you facilitated should you fancy a drink, we did receive free bottled water, coffee and tea.

New Steine HotelDinner at the New Steine happens downstairs at the French Bistro- with just over 10 tables it’s a small yet intimate affair, offering relaxed dining with a menu that is fine. Atmospheric lighting, blossom decorations nod and large wall art to easy style, equating into a evening at which you could leave those anxieties behind and unwind and relax.

The passion for art in addition to food and fun of Proprietor Hervé Guyat comes to life here. The menu is varied, with a complete myriad of delicacies that are french. Starters include  Assiette de Charcuterie tartare and Timbale d’Escargots — a feast that is french that is real! There are a number of vegetarian, fish and meat dishes — that the duck confit is well with lentils and lardons it is an ideal course, just filling enough and not too heavy. For dessert pick between Tiramisu, Crème Brulée or a selection of different pastries and candies (the Crème Brulée was completely divine!)
